Ghana’s Minister for Energy and Petroleum, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah has revealed that the country is on the edge of achieving its target of generating 555 MW of power by the end of 2016. To this end, he noted that the government had created an enabling environment for independent power producers to invest in the country.
