THE October 1, Abuja twin bomb blasts and threats of more bombs have heightened fears over the 2011 general elections, causing stakeholders to ask for precise and firm action by government to stem the tide and restore voter confidence.
Respondents,who spoke separately to the Guardian, expressed concern that should the lax security situation continue, voters’ registration, campaign activities and eventual voting would be threatened.
